Abdulla AL Mamun

Abdullah Al Mamun is a senior evaluation and data analytics professional with over 15 years of international experience in program evaluation, performance measurement, and impact analysis. His recent works include leading the development of performance frameworks, data strategies, and visualization dashboards, and impact evaluation of Killam Fellowship and Prize at the National Research Council of Canada. A Certified Survey Statistician, he holds graduate degrees in Statistics and International Development and has received advanced training from the University of Oxford, University of Michigan, Microsoft, and Brandeis University. Mr. Mamun has contributed to high-impact research and policy initiatives across Canada, Bangladesh, the UK, and the US. His work emphasizes data-informed decision-making, equity, and public and private services. He is also a passionate educator, currently teaching Quantitative Reasoning at the University of Ottawa, Canada. He has also presented on development, evaluation, and social impact at various global platforms.
