• A2D Project-Research Group for Alternatives to Development, Inc., is a nonprofit NGO based in Cebu City that works towards improving lives through evidence-informed development practice. Building on our strong competencies in development research and participatory methodologies, A2D Project collaborates and partners with local governments, private sector, academe, and civil society organizations to continuously find innovative and evidence-informed solutions to development concerns in the Philippines.
