Md. Mahmudul Hasan

Md. Mahmudul Hasan is a research enthusiast with a Master's degree in Social Sciences, specializing in Population Sciences from the University of Dhaka. He has a solid foundation in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, demonstrated through his work as a Research Assistant at the Population Council, focusing on the commercial sexual exploitation of boys in Dhaka. His responsibilities included conducting interviews, obtaining informed consent, and facilitating survey tool pre-testing.
Mahmudul has also gained valuable experience in program management and action-based research through his internship at Ovibashi Karmi Unnayan Program (OKUP), where he engaged with migrant populations to understand their challenges. Public health, sexual and reproductive health, epidemiology, migration, climate change, gender equality, youth and child health and human rights are some fields, he wants to explore.
