At the Centre for Research and Development (CRD), where she currently serves as Deputy Manager of Research and Evaluation, she has been instrumental in leading various projects focused on women's empowerment, child protection, and gender-based violence. With a formal academic background in Sociology from Jagannath University, Dhaka, she has extensive expertise in both academic and field research.
