Nusrat Kona

Nusrat Kona is a dedicated and passionate research associate at Cente for Research and Development (CRD). She had completed her BSc and MSc in Geography and Environment, focusing her studies on climate change, adaptation, resilience and community-based research.

Prior to her work with CRD, she had experience with the Centre for Natural Resource Studies (CNRS) for The People's Riverscape Project and Uttaran for the People's Adaptation Plan for Coastal Bangladesh project. She has worked in both qualitative and quantitative research, field coordination, participatory methods, data analysis, and technical report writing, and has been dedicated to finding evidence-based solutions to climate-resilient, inclusive development.
