Md Nazrul Islam

Nazrul Islam is a tax and accounting consultant with more than twelve (12) years of extensive professional experience in providing comprehensive accounting, taxation, VAT, and regulatory compliance services. His professional practice covers a wide range of clients, including corporate bodies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), liaison offices, associations of persons, and individual taxpayers. He has developed strong expertise in ensuring statutory compliance, financial reporting, and advisory services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

He is a Certified Accounting Professional (CAP) under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and a Certified Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) recognized by the National Board of Revenue (NBR). In addition, he successfully completed the Course Completion (CC) program with the renowned chartered accountancy firm A. Wahab & Co., where he gained practical exposure to professional audit, tax planning, corporate compliance, and financial advisory services.

Academically, Mr. Islam holds a Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting from Dhaka College, affiliated with the National University of Bangladesh. His academic background, combined with his professional certifications and hands-on experience, enables him to deliver reliable, ethical, and value-driven consultancy services tailored to the specific needs of his clients.
