Labib Muhaimeen Uddin

Labib Muhaimeen Uddin is a dedicated and driven professional with both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Dhaka. He is deeply committed to contributing to sustainable development and social transformation in Bangladesh through the application of conflict resolution, effective communication, and education.

Labib brings practical experience in qualitative research, field data collection, and community engagement, developed through his previous roles as a research enumerator and research assistant. His academic background is complemented by his work as a spoken English instructor, where he honed strong communication, mentoring and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in both Bangla and English, Labib blends analytical rigor with creativity, drawing inspiration from photography, music, travel and meaningful interactions with diverse communities.

He has recently joined CRD as a Research Assistant – Research and Evaluation, where he aims to further apply his research expertise and field experience to support evidence-based initiatives that promote positive change. He can be reached at labib@crdbd.org
