130. Mid-Term Review (MTR) of Five-Year Strategic Plan (2024– 2029) of DSK

CRD has been awarded the assignment to conduct a Two-Year Progress Assessment of Implementation of the Dustha Shasthya Kendra (DSK)’s Five-Year Strategic Plan.The purpose of this mid-term review (MTR) is to assess how the strategic plan has contributed to strengthening organizational performance, programme effectiveness, institutional capacity, and sustainability from July 2024 to June 2026. The assessment will be conducted across DSK’s programme intervention areas, covering selected zones, districts, and communities where strategic plan interventions have been implemented.

This MTR will apply a mixed-method, utilization-focused, GESI integration, and participatory approach. The data collection methods include survey, consultations, group discussions, and key informant interview. The focused areas of this assessment are: Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH); Healthcare; Financial Inclusion, and Microfinance; Non-formal education; Humanitarian Response; Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR); Climate Change Adaptation (CCA); Community Based Organization (CBO) strengthening; Institutional Development and Organizational Sustainability.
