123. Safegurding Module development and Training

CRD has been assigned by Bandhu Social Welfare Society to undertake “Developing Safeguarding Training Module for Staff Capacity Building.” The assignment aims to develop comprehensive and participatory safeguarding, PSEAH, and child safeguarding training modules to strengthen Bandhu’s staff capacity and organizational accountability. The deliverables include facilitator guides, participant handbooks, PowerPoint presentations, and supporting materials, finalized as separate capacity-building packages in both Bangla and English.

CRD is undertaking this assignment through a qualitative, participatory, and evidence-based methodology unfolding in three phases: a desk review of national and international safeguarding standards alongside Bandhu’s internal policies and documents; stakeholder consultations, and development of the bilingual training module incorporating participatory exercises, case studies, role plays, and evaluation tools.
