Late post!

23 November 2025, CRD successfully conducted a one-day enumerators’ training for the endline survey of the BMZ-PT project at AFAD’s conference room in Kurigram, Bangladesh. The project was implemented by AFAD at Pachgachi and Ghogadhaha Union of Kurigram Sadar Upazila.

The session began with a project briefing by Amor Das, MEAL Officer of the BMZ-PT Project, AFAD, followed by a CRD research team member providing an overview of the assignment. A detailed discussion on the survey questionnaires and contextual scenarios was held with the enumerators; additionally, AFAD’s team provided support to help understand key project terms. Following this, the enumerators participated in a practice session on data collection using the Kobo Tool app, which enabled them to gain hands-on experience with the survey questionnaire, cross-check Kobo Toolbox logic, and address common challenges and solutions that may arise during fieldwork.

The training session concluded with a discussion on ethical practices that must be maintained during data collection. This assignment is the second assignment that CRD is conducting for AFAD.
