End Program Evalaution of Nazirpur Area Program (AP)

CRD was entrusted with conducting the End Program Evaluation of the "Nazirpur AP" to assess the program's overall impact and the extent of its contribution to achieving sustainable well-being for children, families, and communities over its 19-year lifecycle. The study aimed to evaluate the achievement of project objectives by comparing them with baseline data and other relevant secondary sources.

The evaluation employed a mixed-methods approach, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative techniques to analyze progress, achievements, and changes. Data collection will include 600 surveys, 12 focus group discussions (FGDs), 15 key informant interviews (KIIs), 12 in-depth interviews (IDIs), a SWOT analysis, a spider diagram tool for children, and a change tree tool to extract insights.

A dynamic team of skilled experts, comprising both internal and external professionals, was actively engaged in executing this comprehensive evaluation.
