This assignment aims to provide training to the Mid-Level Staff of CCDB on gender-responsive budgeting. The lead consultant of CRD Dr. Mokhlesur Rahman will be facilitating the training. Around 25 mid and senior-level staff of CCDB will be participating, the 2- Day long residential training will be held in the Hope Centre in Savar and aims to achieve the following objectives:

• To assess the impact of previous GRB training on CCDB and its Mid-Level staff and identify areas for improvement.
• To identify and address any challenges or concerns faced by CCDB and its Mid-Level staff in implementing GRB practices.
• To provide guidance on overcoming common obstacles and ensuring effective GRB in annual budget in Union level.
