Enumerators Training on Data Collection
Centre for Research and Development (CRD) has organized training on Data Collection of the Empirical Study of Gender Gap in Financial Inclusion (GGiFI) from today 22 May 2022. This training is being held 22-26 May 2022 at NGO Forum for Public Health, Lalmatia, Dhaka. The 5-Day long training has been started today and 20 enumerators, 15 field research team members and 4 core members of the study team participated and contributed in the discussions. The training was started with a short introduction (background, objective and methodology). This session was facilitated by Mokhlesur Rahman, PhD. In the second session on Financial Inclusion related concepts and gender concerns in Bangladesh was jointly facilitated by Lila Rashid, PhD and Prof. Ayesha Banu, PhD. Third session of the training was facilitated by Mokhlesur Rahman, PhD on Sampling techniques and processes. And the last session of the day was facilitated by Prof. Sayema Haque Bidisha, PhD. She discussed on the first section of the survey questionnaire (Tool 1).
All sessions were heavily interactive. The enumerators shared their questions, opinions, suggestions, and concerns. Mokhlesur Rahman, PhD, thanked all for their vibrant participation, and he expressed his hope for a smooth and successful training.
